The disruption began at approximately 1:17 AM UTC / 6:17 PM PT and was fully resolved by 3:47AM UTC / 8:47 PM PT, with all systems confirmed stable by 5:16AM UTC / 10:16 PM PT. The incident was triggered by an upstream provider error that exposed an unexpected issue in our infrastructure that affected both availability and recovery times.
