Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed that the issue with Suppression Blocks List Data Inconsistencies has been resolved. The previous impact where a subset of requests from certain regions may not have received timely updates on Block suppressions has been resolved for the SendGrid UI dashboard and for the API.
