# Downtime: tech incidents, outages and postmortems

> Outage and incident history for 62 cloud, AI, data and SaaS vendors, their published postmortems, and SEC 8-K Item 1.05 breach disclosures, by fru.dev.

Each incident has the vendor, title, impact (minor, major, critical as the vendor rated it), start and end time in UTC, duration, affected services and regions, a root cause category taken from the vendor's own explanation (or "Not disclosed"), and links to the status page entry and the postmortem when one exists. Outages come from vendors' public status feeds (Atlassian Statuspage and incident.io JSON, Google Cloud incidents.json, AWS Health history, Slack status API); breaches from SEC EDGAR full-text search for Form 8-K Item 1.05. A refresh runs daily at 03:30 UTC. Last successful refresh: 2026-09-24 03:57:36 UTC. On file: 6363 incidents, 66 with postmortems, 58 breach disclosures.
